Brass is a material that stands the test of time. It doesn’t fade or lose its value with age — it evolves. Over time, brass develops a rich, beautiful patina that tells a story of where it’s been, how it’s been used, and the character it has gained along the way. Each piece becomes more distinctive and more valuable because of its history.
That idea has always resonated with me.
I’ve long been drawn to antiques and vintage treasures for this very reason. They aren’t disposable, trendy, or temporary. They carry craftsmanship, intention, and a story. They remind us that the most meaningful things aren’t rushed — they’re built thoughtfully and allowed to grow into their full value.
